In-line product inspection systems manufacturer METTLER TOLEDO has exhibited two product inspection systems at Tissue World Miami.
The company exhibited two of its precise high-speed inspection systems: the HI-Speed CS3600XE Caseweigher and the Safeline Signature Metal Detector.
The METTLER TOLEDO HI-Speed CS3600 Caseweigher is an in-motion scale for weighing large packages such as boxes, cartons and cases.
According to the company, “its proven design delivers accurate and repeatable weights, while a wide variety of accessories allow it to be tailored to specific application needs”.
It said: “The robust frame and conveyor construction withstand the impact of heavy packages, so the system is ideal for tough environments.
“Combining the CS3600 case weigher with the HI-Speed integration-ready XE control delivers ease of use plus the information and interfaces needed to enhance overall process productivity.”
The METTLER TOLEDO Safeline Signature metal detector features a full-colour touch screen, membrane key panel and product inspection data collection capability.
It is designed for cost-effective easy integration into production lines.
The METTLER TOLEDO Product Inspection Group consists of CI-Vision, PharmaControl Electronic (PCE), Hi-Speed and Safeline and is a supplier of in-line machine vision systems, pharmaceutical serialization and aggregation systems, checkweighers, metal detectors, and x-ray inspection systems.
