Romania’s MG-Tec Industry has increased its production capacity after starting up an A.Celli-supplied E-WIND T100 rewinder.
Installed at its plant in Dej, the greenfield plant produces tissue paper, absorbent products and hygienic products.
The rewinder supplied will be a part of the tissue line dedicated to the production of paper with a width of 2.8m and a basis weight ranging from 13 to 45gsm.
It has an operating speed of 1,600m/min and will produce up to 100 tonnes per day of high-quality tissue paper.
Hasmasan Vasile, MG-Tec Industry Plant Administrator, said: “Special thanks go to our operators who have successfully managed all the start-up steps despite the circumstances caused by the pandemic.”
MG-Tec Industry was founded in Dej in 2018.
