With a solid reputation as a company that makes reliable instruments and high-performance ceramic creping blades, BTG Duroblade is focusing on two new areas at Tissue World Miami 2018, said Ian Padley, tissue applications manager and global marketing manager for the company.

“We’re moving into diagnostic services for tissue machines, especially Yankee-process machines,” said Padley. “And we’re embracing digital solutions, as represented by our Yankee Performance Scorecard.”

The Vigilance 4.0 Yankee Performance Scorecard displays all crepe process and Yankee performance data in the same place, in real time, giving paper machine owners the power to drive performance.

“With all the data displayed in a single graphic monitor, it enables paper machine owners to make more informed decisions about the Yankee process,” Padley explained.
