America’s Royal Paper Converting has invested in a new Gambini-supplied a Flex 700 Swing rewinder line.
It is the fourth delivery of the complete line to the privately-owned tissue paper converter, and will soon be installed and started-up at the company’s Arizona-based facility.
The machinery supplier said the Flex700 is its top-level line for making consumer products.
It has speeds of 700m/min and 60 logs/min and also features the TouchMax, which Gambini said is “one of the most game-changing pieces of machinery ever introduced in the converting industry”.
Royal Paper has three manufacturing facilities and over 1.3m square feet of fully integrated production and distribution space.
