BTG has released a software upgrade and an enhanced service agreement for its VigilancePRO tissue digital solution.
Vigilance is the company’s premium creping performance management system and is based on Yankee data analytics including blade vibration analysis.
The upgrade includes enhanced features for creping doctor management as well as a new service agreement.
BTG said this will ensure customers have the latest software version, unlimited support for product related issues, tissue applications support, annual system check, and access to training webinars.
The new software is available immediately for all new orders of VigilancePRO and can also be installed remotely for existing VigilancePRO customers covered by a service agreement.
