Asia Symbol has officially started tissue production after starting-up tissue machines, converting lines and packaging machinery supplied by BaoSuo Enterprise Group across factories in mainland China.
The projects include a number of selected BC1600-2850 Crescent Former Yankee Tissue Machines produced by BaoSuo Enterprise Group subsidiary Baotuo Paper Machine.
Production speeds exceed 1,500m/min and the designed annual production capacity reaches 25,000tons/set.
Machines were also supplied by BaoSuo Enterprise Group subsidiaries BaoSuo Machinery and BaoJin Technology and include: an YH-PL190-2900 full automatic facial tissue production line, an YH-FG180-1500 full automatic facial tissue production line, an YD-PL450-3000 non-stop rewinder line, YD-PL450C-3000 non-stop rewinder line, YD-PL450SE-2900 non-stop JRT rewinder line, PF-EA-3000 automatic slitting rewinder (two-colour printing), and an MJ-NJPJ225-1500 full automatic N Fold towel production line.
