Cascades has installed a state-of-the-art tissue converting line at its Granby, Quebec facility.
The company said the $15m investment will increase the site’s production capacity and enhance product quality for its retail customers, particularly for regular and multi-pack toilet paper formats.
Installation will take place over a period of nine months and builds on the company’s $14m investment made in recent years.
The line has a capacity of 3m cases and is scheduled to begin production in the fourth quarter of 2026.
