Södra has said it will raise the price of its softwood pulp to US$ 860.00 and hardwood pulp to USD 820.00 per tonne in Europe.
The price hike came into effective on 1 March 2013.
The company said that seasonal improvement together with maintenance shutdowns will improve the market balance further in spring 2013.
