Kimberly-Clark (K-C) has appointed Russ Torres as Group President of its North America business, succeeding Kim Underhill.
Currently President of K-C Professional, Torres will lead the North American consumer business and continue to report to Mike Hsu, K-C Chairman and Chief Executive.
He succeeds Underhill, who K-C said is departing after 33 years with the company.
Torres joined K-C in 2020 with more than 20 years of experience within the consumer products goods industry, including a number of key senior leadership roles at Bain & Company, Mondelez International/Kraft Foods, and Newell Brands.
Underhill began her career in 1988 as a process engineer and led several of the company’s most strategic businesses, including the UK, Western Europe, K-C Professional, and the North American consumer business.
A successor to Torres will be named in the near future.
