(News from RISI) – Hebei Yihoucheng Commodity has started up a 25,000tpy tissue PM at its mill in Baoding city, Hebei province.
The unit, supplied by Andritz, has a width of 2.85m and a design speed of 1,650m/min. It has a Steel Yankee drying cylinder with a diameter of 3.65m.
The PM was originally to be fired up by the end of last year, but construction work was delayed.
The firm is a major regional producer of nonwoven products such as diapers and napkins.
