Ruben Massari has extensive knowledge and experience in the Italian energy and tissue industry. In 2002, he started as a partner with Eurowind Italy in the renewables field, then he restructured several companies in the tissue, fashion and energy sector as a temporary manager. He was the managing director of Energetic Spa from 2015 to March 2019, company leader for supply energy to public utilities like Region, Common, main airports, and Department of the US Army, Trenitalia.

Since July 2019, he has been the manager representative for all quality systems and the corporate social responsibility manager for Euro Vast. He contributed to assigning the Premium Awards 2020 (Le Fonti awards) for sustainability and environmental responsibility to Euro Vast Spa.

Mr. Hampus Mörner is a Senior Consultant within the Bioindustry division of AFRY Management Consulting. He joined AFRY in 2021 and is currently based in Stockholm, Sweden. In his work at AFRY, Hampus mainly focuses on market research and strategic analyses across the global pulp, paper, packaging and tissue industries. He has more than ten years of experience from various positions within these fields and prior to AFRY he worked with strategy and analytics at SCA and Essity. Khalid Saifullah is the Managing Director of Star Tissue UK. Established in 2003, Star Tissue manufactures away from home hygiene paper products, providing private label products to major suppliers and distributors in the professional hygiene, catering and medical markets in UK and Ireland.

Khalid is married with three children and lives in Blackburn.

Bud received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point Pulp & Paper/Chemical Engineering program in 1989. He has been married for 31 years and has 3 grown children. His favorite pastimes are mountain biking, DIY projects and taking care of a Golden Doodle dog named Frankie.

Since 2012, Mr. Barsanti has been working for SchäferRolls GmbH & Co. KG, Renningen, Germany as Area Manager Italy and supports furthermore the application engineering team with customer requirements and problem-solving activities.

Carlo Berti, 57 years old, is an Italian tissue converting professional. He has been working in the tissue field for more than 35 years, both in the machinery and in the raw material business. He has overseen markets all over the world, focusing particulary on Europe and North America. Since 2010 he is Gambini's Sales Director.

Gary Urban joined the Chicago-based North American headquarters of Elettric80 Inc. as Sales Director on January 1, 2011, targeting the tissue paper & hygienic products markets, later merging into the beverage and food industries. Fluent in English, Spanish and Italian, Urban lives in Miami from where he supports the E80 sales activities in both North and South America. Elettric80 S.p.A. is located in Viano, Italy (Reggio Emilia) and specializes in optimizing production and distribution operations through integrated automation solutions. E80 manufactures robotic palletizers, robotic stretch wrappers, robotic layer picking systems, pallet control systems, laser-guided vehicles, high-density automated warehouses, and their own SM.I.LE80 software comprised of different modules designed to coordinate all intralogistics flows and the array of E80 hardware systems, to integrate manual and automatic operations, as well as to communicate with the client's ERP while supervising the performance of the entire solution in real time, guaranteeing total product traceability, maximum efficiency and safety throughout the supply chain. Urban has extensive experience in the tissue and hygiene industry. Before joining Elettric 80 he founded Golden Gate Paper Company, Inc. in Del Mar California. There he launched the Company as a supplier of consumer (retail) and away from home tissue products in the southwestern region of the United States. He came to Golden Gate at the invitation of a long-term client from his previous assignment, the well-established tissue producer, Fábrica de Papel San Francisco de Mexicali (Baja California), Mexico. Golden Gate was later sold to Orchids Paper in 2014.

Prior to founding Golden Gate in 2009, Urban was President of Fabio Perini Latin America, Inc. a company he founded in Coral Gables Florida in April 1990 for Fabio Perini S.p.A. of Lucca Italy, a subsidiary of Körber AG, the management holding company based in Hamburg, Germany.

Urban was born in Milwaukee Wisconsin and is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin. His career in the paper and hygiene industries began with Perini in 1986 in Green Bay Wisconsin where he was employed to follow the Latin American market by Fabio Perini North America, Inc. Then from the Coral Gables location, Fabio Perini Latin America became the leading supplier of machinery designed for the converting and packaging of tissue products (toilet paper, paper towels, and napkins) as well as machinery to produce diapers and sanitary napkins. During his 23-year tenure with Perini, he directed the sales and start-up of more than 300 converting lines.

Mr Johnsson is Concept Manager Mill Technology within Valmet Tissue. He has more than 20 years’ experience from global Tissue projects in different phases and in different roles both as consultant and as a machine supplier. Experience covers Process technology, Mill engineering, Project execution, Concept development, Technical benchmarking, Line management, Studies, Cost competitiveness, Sustainability, Training and Commissioning, trouble shooting and tuning. He has an B.Sc. Degree in Industrial and building service engineering from Karlstad University, 1995

He has more than 20 years’ experience from global Tissue projects in different phases and in different roles both as consultant and as a machine supplier. Experience covers Process technology, Mill engineering, Project execution, Concept development, Technical benchmarking, Line management, Studies, Cost competitiveness, Sustainability, Training and Commissioning, trouble shooting and tuning. He has an B.Sc. Degree in Industrial and building service engineering from Karlstad University, 1995

In 2016 Kai Menges joined Körber as Product Manager for Palletizing and Conveyor Technology in the Supply Chain Automation Business Area. For one year, from 2019 to 2020, he was in the USA involved in setting up the Körber Supply Chain Automation NA location in Pittsburgh. After returning to Germany in 2020, he is now responsible for business development at the Eisenberg location.

Jonathan Roberts is a communications consultant to the paper and fibre industry. He set up Pryor Roberts Communications in 1999 having worked as a journalist for PPI in Brussels for several years. His client base is focused in Sweden and Italy.

After studying Process Engineering – Pulp & Paper Manufacturing in Munich, Bodo spent around 30 years in and around the tissue industry. This includes tissue manufacturing and converting, chemical additives, post-graduate education and consulting. In 2004 he started his own management consulting business called BKay-Tissue Advice, mainly focussing on strategic services within the global tissue and hygiene business. Bodo established a network of experts for dedicated assignments.

For several years, he supported the risk managers of a leading bank in Europe in large pulp and paper projects including tissue and for some years, Bodo was in parallel member of the board of directors of a paper company in Scandinavia.
