Later, Johan started to work with development of hybrid machines and have been involved in the NTT project from the beginning, and manager of Textured Tissue concept since 2010.

Bud received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point Pulp & Paper/Chemical Engineering program in 1989. He has been married for 31 years and has 3 grown children. His favorite pastimes are mountain biking, DIY projects and taking care of a Golden Doodle dog named Frankie.

Elettric80 S.p.A. is located in Viano, Italy (Reggio Emilia) and specializes in optimizing production and distribution operations through integrated automation solutions. Urban has extensive experience in the tissue and hygiene industry. Before joining Elettric 80 he founded Golden Gate Paper Company, Inc. in Del Mar California. There he launched the Company as a supplier of consumer (retail) and away from home tissue products in the southwestern region of the United States. He came to Golden Gate at the invitation of a long-term client from his previous assignment, the well-established tissue producer, Fábrica de Papel San Francisco de Mexicali (Baja California), Mexico. Golden Gate was later sold to Orchids Paper in 2014.

Prior to founding Golden Gate in 2009, Urban was President of Fabio Perini Latin America, Inc. a company he founded in Coral Gables Florida in April 1990 for Fabio Perini S.p.A. of Lucca Italy, a subsidiary of Körber AG, the management holding company based in Hamburg, Germany.

Urban was born in Milwaukee Wisconsin and is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin. His career in the paper and hygiene industries began with Perini in 1986 in Green Bay Wisconsin where he was employed to follow the Latin American market by Fabio Perini North America, Inc. Then from the Coral Gables location, Fabio Perini Latin America became the leading supplier of machinery designed for the converting and packaging of tissue products (toilet paper, paper towels, and napkins) as well as machinery to produce diapers and sanitary napkins. Gary Urban joined the Chicago-based North American headquarters of Elettric80 Inc. as Sales Director in 2011, targeting the tissue paper & hygienic products markets, later merging into the beverage and food industries. Fluent in English, Spanish and Italian, Urban lives in Miami from where he supports the E80 sales activities in North and South America.

Before joining Elettric 80, he founded Golden Gate Paper Company in Del Mar California. He launched the Company as a supplier of consumer (retail) and away from home tissue products in the southwestern region of the US. He came to Golden Gate at the invitation of Fábrica de Papel San Francisco de Mexicali (Baja California). Golden Gate was sold to Orchids Paper in 2014.

Before this time, Urban was President of Fabio Perini Latin America, Inc. a company he founded in Coral Gables Florida in April 1990 for Fabio Perini S.p.A., a subsidiary of Körber AG, the management holding company based in Germany.

Urban was born in Milwaukee, WI and is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin. His career in the paper and hygiene industries began with Perini in 1986 in Green Bay, WI where he was responsible for the the Latin American market by Fabio Perini North America, Inc. Then Fabio Perini Latin America became the leading supplier of machinery designed for the converting and packaging of tissue products as well as machinery to produce diapers and sanitary napkins. During his 23-year tenure with Perini, he directed the sales and start-up of more than 300 converting lines.

After completing his mechanical engineering studies, Kai Menges worked in Canada as a project manager for Viessmann from 2008 to 2011 and then as a product manager at their German location in Allendorf until 2015. In 2016 Kai Menges joined Körber as Product Manager for Palletizing and Conveyor Technology in the Supply Chain Automation Business Area. For one year, from 2019 to 2020, he was in the USA involved in setting up the Körber Supply Chain Automation NA location in Pittsburgh. After returning to Germany in 2020, he is now responsible for business development at the Eisenberg location.

For several years, he supported the risk managers of a leading bank in Europe in large pulp and paper projects including tissue and for some years, Bodo was in parallel member of the board of directors of a paper company in Scandinavia.
