ST Paper has acquired Verso Corporation’s closed Duluth mill in Minnesota.
The completion of the sale was made effective as of 13 May. The site had been made idle in July 2020.
It is understood that ST Paper intends to convert the mill’s production from specialty paper grades to tissue.
