Precision Roll Solutions (PRS) and American Roller Company (ARCO) have announced their merger, a move the companies said forms North America’s “most complete precision roll manufacturing platform.”
The combined organisation includes PRS’s precision roll and cylinder manufacturing – laser-engraved anilox rolls, gravure and embossing rolls, specialty base rolls, and web handling equipment – with ARCO’s engineered roll coverings and cores, industrial coatings, and broad field service capability.
Scott Vuchetich assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer as of 6 July.
Dan Cahalane, who has served as Chief Executive since 2005, will transition to Executive Vice President.
Justin Glass, who has served as Chief Executive of PRS since 2024 will become the Chief Commercial Officer of the combined company.
PRS is a specialty manufacturer of precision rolls and cylinders serving the converting industry, including flexographic, gravure, embossing, laminating, coating, and metering applications.
ARCO is a leading North American manufacturer of engineered roll coverings, industrial coatings.
