Gambini has officially entered the Brazilian market and expanded its presence across South America after opening a production facility at the Perini Business Park in Joinville, Brazil.
The company said the opening was “an important step, not only for the diffusion of Gambini technologies, but also for companies in the paper sector that, until now, could rely only on a single local producer.”
It added the 2,500 square metre facility will offer “an alternative that is particularly suitable for the Latin American market.”
This includes the company’s wet embossing technology developed in its R&D department TissueHub, which it said is a “revolutionary system that first wets and then heats the paper” and can be applied to several types of use.
President Giovanni Gambini said: “We are excited to start this new chapter for Gambini.
“Being here with a physical location is an important and necessary step to penetrate this market and be able to offer our technologies and close support to our customers.”
