Vietnam’s Xuan Mai Paper Co. has boosted its tissue production capacity after starting up its A.Celli Paper-supplied E-WIND T100 rewinder.
Supplied at the beginning of 2024, the company said the tissue rewinder “is now operative with performance completely in line with the expectations.”
The rewinder is equipped with a winding shaft extractor, a dust removal system, and a function for using 12″ cores.
Since the start-up, it has been used to process 2,850mm wide tissue paper with basis weight from 13 to 45 gsm at an operational speed of 1,900mpm.
Luong Nhu Huynh, Director of Xuan Mai Paper Co., said “We are satisfied by the results achieved thanks to the A.Celli team and to the rewinder itself.
“We have produced the first roll in mid-June and its quality was already really good!”
Established in 2004, Ho Chi Minh City-based Xuan Mai Paper Co. is a manufacturer of medium board and testliner for packaging.
In 2020, Xuan Mai entered the tissue paper industry producing its products under the ADOMI and VAN AN brands.
