Tissue World can announce the news the global industry has been waiting for … we are on schedule for our Düsseldorf tradeshow and conference.
It will be the first live in-person TW event since the Covid-19 pandemic shut down economic and industry connectivity in the early stages of the lockdowns of 2020.
In the intervening months, Tissue World has worked hard to maintain connections across the industry with a series of digital magazines, e-news bulletins and webinars.
Now, barring any unexpected changes to the pandemic projections, tissue’s professionals can meet up again. And Düsseldorf will be doubly historic.
Held between 21-23 September 2021 – and for the first time in Germany – the three-day event will be the world’s largest dedicated tissue industry trade show and conference.
Conference: Tissue World Düsseldorf
The event’s conference will welcome back industry speakers, this time discussing the theme: “Turning a new page in tissue: The route map for a reshaped world”.
Technical sessions will be grouped around:
- Energy and Water Management;
- Parent Reel Manufacturing;
- Converting up to the Finished Products (including Wrapping, Packaging and Logistics);
- Process Management (including LCA, Digitalisation, Automation, Maintenance);
- Innovative products.
All industry players are invited to submit an abstract by the deadline of 15 June 2021 and send this to the attention of conference producer Agnes Gehot – [email protected].

In addition, our ‘Focus Report: Western Europe’, will provide a unique in-depth analysis of the entire region’s tissue dynamics.
The Tissue World Team looks forward to safely welcoming you to the show floor once again.
