Mexico’s Grupo Corporativo Papelera (GCP) has boosted its presence in the American marketplace after investing in an A.Celli Paper-supplied iDEAL 2000s TM to be installed at its facility in Texas.
TM6 will process a web size of 2.7m at pope reel, and has a design speed of 2,200m/min.
A 16 ft Yankee Dryer with forged shell iDEAL FORGED YD and a SMARNIP-T shoe press will also be included.
Luis Fernandez, Deputy Chief Executive of Grupo Corporativo Papelera, said: “This supply will mark the third main collaboration with A.Celli in the last years, which is the concrete result of our full satisfaction.”
Mexican-owned GCP Paper USA manufactures private label tissue paper products including toilet paper, napkins, and kitchen towels, facial tissues, and specialty papers.
GCP operates four paper manufacturing machines, and the company currently sells 85% of its products in Mexico and 15% in America.
