    卫生纸领域新成员太阳纸业立志 10 年内进入五强行列

    由《世界卫生纸》总编 Helen Morris 报导 中国最大的私营造纸企业太阳纸业由于在传统市场面临压力,现正强力进军卫生纸制造领域。太阳纸业总经理 刘兴功先生 告诉《世界卫生纸》,提高消费者较低的品牌忠诚度,建立更加有效的物流与配送体系,是公司目前的重中之重。 “中国卫生纸市场的一个主要挑战之一就是,消费者缺乏品牌认知。”在太阳纸业兖州总部,总经理 刘兴功先生 这样告诉《世界卫生纸》。“建立一个品牌,获得良好的认知度,需要长时间大量努力。第二大挑战是建立有效的物流与配送体系,这也是一件耗费时间的事情。我们有投资计划,希望建立坚实的市场地位,拥有强有力、认知度高的品牌。” 尽管太阳纸业是中国最大的私营造纸企业(纸浆及纸品年产能达 400 万吨),但在卫生纸领域,它依然是一个新手,今年六月首个卫生纸 PM 才刚刚启动。太阳纸业宣布,将在未来 10 年内进入中国卫生纸厂商五强行列,向公众展现出其雄心壮志。 “我们多年前就已开始计划进入卫生纸市场,”刘先生 用近乎完美的流利英语说,“我们没有选择,这对于企业的长期发展而言是一个关键领域。” 太阳纸业成立于 1982 年,其业务现已覆盖造纸、化工、外贸、能源、科研、林业及纸浆生产、酒店业、投资业、纺织品与食品业。企业拥有 10,000 余名员工,年销售额 230 亿元人民币。太阳纸业的基础业务是面向印刷产业的纸浆及纸品制造,这成为了企业进入卫生纸市场的一大优势:尽管我们进入这一市场较晚,我们对于消费者以及纸浆生产的了解让我们处在了十分有利的位置,”刘先生 表示,“我们一直在研究消费者与市场趋势,因此,我们的产品销路非常好。尽管我们在卫生纸市场的份额不大,但我们将通过投资以及产品系列的多元化,实现迅速扩张。我们在三年里做到的,比竞争对手在 10 年里做到的还要多。” 刘先生 补充说,全球范围内,印刷产业中造纸企业的利润正在受到挤压,太阳纸业是中国印刷用纸业中少数仍在获利的企业之一。然而,他表示,相比多年前,利润率确实“大大受到挤压”,而卫生纸业仍存在着机会。产能过剩的问题严重,而互联网对于印刷产业的冲击确实严重。”刘先生 说,“我们在这一领域有所亏损,因此我们采取了多元化策略。随着城镇化的推进以及人们生活水平的提高,家用卫生纸、纸尿布等领域大有潜力。” 尽管中国人口规模巨大,但目前人均卫生纸消费量仅为 4.4 公斤,而邻国日本则为 15 公斤。在中国,产能过剩的问题则十分严重。2020 年的目标是人均消费量达到...
