9 Septembar introduces Mo-Pak automatic napkin line


After many years of innovations and development, this year at Tissue World Exhibition, Nice 2009, 9 Septembar is introducing a fully automatic napkin line with printing in four colours, its model MO - PAK 330/1200 PRINT 4.

This line is guided by the latest software and servo drives guarantee high precision in the production process. The whole machine is computer synchronized and controlled, with an efficient web-stabilization system. With its reliable and simple transport, high-quality and high-speed printing and wrapping, this new machine gives high productivity and excellent quality of wrapped napkins, according to 9 Septembar. The design of the machine is modular, which permits the addition of a range of optional equipment, such as double pack 1 + 1.

The printing section, which incorporates a system of putting colour on colour, consists of a central drum, ceramic cylinders and engraved printing sleeves, infra-red lamps, cassette cartridge with knives 'rakel' and a device for colour adjustment.

The line also possesses the newest video web inspection system with high-resolution camera for print quality monitoring. Last but not least, 9 Septembar has developed a new transport and wrapping approach capable of handling napkin packs of up to 250 mm high. TW
