napkin line
After many years of innovations and development,
this year at Tissue World Exhibition, Nice 2009, 9 Septembar is
introducing a fully automatic napkin line with printing in four
colours, its model MO - PAK 330/1200 PRINT 4.
This line is guided by the latest software and servo
drives guarantee high precision in the production process. The
whole machine is computer synchronized and controlled, with an
efficient web-stabilization system. With its reliable and simple
transport, high-quality and high-speed printing and wrapping,
this new machine gives high productivity and excellent quality
of wrapped napkins, according to 9 Septembar. The design of the
machine is modular, which permits the addition of a range of optional
equipment, such as double pack 1 + 1.
The printing section, which incorporates a system
of putting colour on colour, consists of a central drum, ceramic
cylinders and engraved printing sleeves, infra-red lamps, cassette
cartridge with knives 'rakel' and a device for colour adjustment.
The line also possesses the newest video web inspection
system with high-resolution
camera for print quality monitoring. Last but not least, 9 Septembar
has developed a new transport and wrapping approach capable of
handling napkin packs of up to 250 mm high. TW
