This system guarantees optimum treatment of waste paper with contaminants such as wax, bitumen, hot melts, colour spots, stickies and laser print. The special design of discs allows fine adjustment to ensure correct dispersion with minimum energy consumption. We will also show our sequence bleaching system. Grubbens products including pulpers, deflakers, pumps and high density cleaners will also be featured.

Clarke Roller & Rubber Ltd is a leading roll-cover supplier to the tissue industry. We manufacture roll covers for tissue mills and converting. At the show, we will be promoting our newly developed and field proven PEP-E (embossing) series roll covers. The PEP-E series roll covers are engineered with new polymers that enhance all embossed patterns. They operate at lower temperatures for a more consistent impression and improved log bulk. For added safety, the PEP-E covers are available with an anti-static additive.

DP PACKAGING TECHNOLOGY (DP SrL) - BOOTH: 990

DP Packaging Technology (DP Srl) manufactures quality automatic wrapping and b u n d l i n g equipment and complete packaging lines for the tissue sector.

Its solutions include the standard-breaking NOVA 250 featuring high throughput, rapid changeover and small footprint with high-quality wrapping. New patented technology and innovative engineering have resulted in substantially-improved product handling and machine reliability. New concepts in wrapping such as fixed side line (FSL) and continuous motion control (CMC) have been combined with the benefits of both reciprocating and continuous motion machines. The equipment can reach production speeds of more than 200 packs/min for single-layer packages and up to 130 packs/min for double-layer packages.

The LINK B135 automatic multi-format bundler featuring high production speeds (up to 30 bundles/min) on polyethylene film-wrapped bathroom and kitchen roll packs. To achieve high speed with high-quality bundling, the machine incorporates new technology enabling true continuous motion.

The ONE LAYER 220 multi-roll wrapper is capable of packing rolls in a single layer. The machine is very flexible and can wrap single rolls of bathroom tissue or kitchen towel as well as toilet rolls arranged vertically and packs single or double rolls that have a diameter of 200 mm. The forward and backward infeed adjustment has been eliminated, resulting in rapid changeover time.

EDSON PACKAGING MACHINERY LIMITED - BOOTH: 440

Edson is a designer / integrator of high performance end-ofline packaging machines, for both cases and trays. The SR 3600 case / tray packer matches the production capability of today’s current generation of pack wrappers. Edson will be introducing two new products: the SR 3600sc, featuring fully automatic servo changeover to any tissue format, using the latest European servo automation; LDs1*2*X Lane Diverter, that can handle packs 3-24" wide! For napkin producers, Edson will show its latest 'low backpressure' napkin stacker, for feeding either case packers or bundlers that can pack or bundle up to 200 packs/min in any desired format.

Enzymatic Deinking Technologies (EDT) is a bioindustrial company specializing in enzyme-based treatments for the pulp and paper industry.
